Patsy's Place is owned and operated by Pat Parker, at the Spray Lake Sawmills Centre. 

Patsy's Place is a bustling concession that does not serve the usual hockey/rink type food. We strive to bring in healthy choices appealing to all ages. You will find our menu ever changing and keeping up with the latest food trends!

Beginning with our Breakfasts which range from our hearty Breakfast Buns to the "Big Breakfast" we offer a daily Soup of the Day (which we make ourselves!) 

Best Poutine and fresh cut fries in town! We cut the fries while you watch and for our Poutine we use Cheese curds from Quebec and our own rich beef gravy!

We also accommodate special dietary requests such as gluten free (we reserve a fryer for gluten free only)

The "Bigger Better Burger" is an 5 oz beef patty with no fillers or additives and we have GF Buns available
